The Lieutenant's Helm
60 armor
1/2 hex duration
+10 armor vs phys

My problem with this is that PvE characters are the only ones able to get this helm so I ask: Should this be removed from the game, have an equivalent added for PvP characters, or some other solution?

I think after the GWWC they will either discontinue the helm, change it to a 20% reduction, or make it a pvp option. After seeing warriors in the top guilds using it, I think alot of attention has been brought to it. From my observation once something that "appears" unbalancing goes mainstream it usually gets removed/nerfed. If it happens to become a pvp item then I expect to see a return of air spikers, dmg + 25% armor pen on 60AL = gg warriors

I'd say made to PvP and reduced. Isnt really that bad an item, just not available everyone. Best idea is the reduce it a bit, and make it for PvP, like Stonefist Gloves and Bloodstained Boots and such
